SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Accepting U.S. order only. Orders ship within three days via USPS First Class Mail from New Hampshire.
Shipping charges for jewelry items:
1 to 3 items = $3.50
4 or more items = $4.95
Shipping charges for plates and gifts:
Approximately $4.95 or more depending on size.
GUARANTY
Craftsmanship is guaranteed for thirty days from the date of your purchase. If a piece of jewelry needs to be repaired due to craftsmanship I will promptly repair your jewelry at no cost. Please email me prior to any return shipment. I am not liable for glass breakage or normal wear and tear. If you choose to return the item for refund due to craftsmanship, I will promptly refund you 100% including all shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY
Although I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph my items, I can appreciate that consideration be given to the possibility that slight color variances may occur due to the color calibration of each individual computer monitor.
I want you to be delighted with your purchases from Barbara's Baubles! Except for custom pieces and all earrings, which are not returnable, you may return any item, in its original condition and carefully packaged, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping and insurance costs. However, you must contact me for a return authorization prior to returning a piece. All sales become final 7 days after delivery, and after that time items are non-returnable.
